President's Message

I am honored to serve as the President of ASHE NY Metro and welcome you to a new
year of programs.

ASHE has always been about connection, collaboration and sharing of knowledge. I
have seen firsthand the power of this community to support one another, inspire
innovation and foster professional growth. By bringing together the professionals
across the public and private sector, ASHE plays a vital role in shaping the future of our
region’s infrastructure and advancing conversations around transformative solutions,
sustainability and advanced project delivery.

We are deeply grateful to our annual sponsors whose continued support makes our
programs and events possible. This year, we are proud to have 32 sponsors, including
five Scholarship Sponsors, whose support has allowed us raise over $12,500 in
scholarships to college students across New York City. We also extend our thanks to
our members, who are the foundation of ASHE. Your involvement and commitment are
what keep our section strong and thriving.

We have an exciting lineup of technical sessions and programs planned for the year
ahead, including the Small and Large Projects of the Year awards, our annual
scholarship awards in March and several events tailored for our Future Leaders and
young professionals.

Thank you for being a part of ASHE New York Metro. I look forward to working with all
of you to deliver meaningful engagement through technical programs and networking, to
grow our community and membership, and to continue advancing our mission of
connecting people, providing a forum for our members and partners of the highway
industry, and building a stronger future for our region.
